The Xtreme Flag Football of Coral Springs (XFL) is our Spring Season of Flag Football.  This is a NON-Contact league that starts in February with the pre-season and evaluations and culminates in early June with the Post Season games including the XFL Super Bowl and All-Star games.  There are now four divisions in the XFL:

  • Freshmen 6-8yr oldsXtreme Flag of Coral Springs
  • Juniors 9-11yr olds
  • Seniors 12-14yr olds
  • *Varsity 15-17yr olds

Each season we have mandatory playing time for all players on the team.  Our evaluations are used to assist in balancing each team in order to promote fair-play.  We have a strict Code of Conduct that all members must agree to in order to play.  Additionally, each of our coaches and administrative staff members are background checked by Federal screening companies.

Our goal is to produce an atmosphere of good, old-fashioned, clean fun for our players.  We will not tolerate any negativity from our players, staff or anyone on the sidelines.

We encourage you to participate as much as possible to assist with the success of each season.

Thank you for your interest.  Be sure to register your player on our registration page.

We look forward to seeing you on the field!

The rule book will be posted to this site shortly before the start of practice in March. Each division will have 7 on 7 or 8 on 8 depending on the amount of players registered for each division and how many teams we will have.

We will place the rule book on this website shortly before the start of the practice season. Each division will play 7v7 or 8v8 depending on the amount of players registered and how many teams we will have. Rushing the QB is allowed. The Spring Season is Non-Contact and the Fall Season is Full-Contact (no tackle).

The Board of Directors will take any player that wants to move up a division into consideration. We will make our decision based on the safety of the player and the approval of the parents.
